Please check your design, text, size, and color carefully before placing an order.
2. Custom Orders

Customized and embroidered products are made specially for you.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Small color or design variations may occur due to screen differences.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

We do not store your card or payment details.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped after processing and customization.

Delivery time depends on location and courier services.

Delays caused by courier companies or unexpected events are not our responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds

7-day return/refund is available only for non-customized products.

Customized or embroidered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds are allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Design Responsibility
Customers must ensure that uploaded designs or text do not violate copyright or legal rights. AshuReview is not responsible for any legal issues related to customer-provided designs.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
