How can I customize a product?
Simply select a product, upload your design or add text, choose print or embroidery options, and place your order.
What file formats are supported for upload?
We recommend PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF files. High-resolution files give the best results.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
The preview shown is for reference only. Final output may slightly vary due to fabric type, embroidery technique, or printing process.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
No. Once an order is placed, customized orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Is embroidery better than printing?
Embroidery gives a premium and long-lasting finish, ideal for logos and names. Printing is better for detailed or colorful designs.
Will embroidery colors match exactly?
Thread colors may vary slightly from screen colors due to lighting and material differences.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Razorpay, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay using secure encryption. We do not store your payment details.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the level of customization. Estimated timelines are shown on product pages.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently deliver across India.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy for non-customized products.
Are customized products returnable?
No. Customized and embroidered products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product delivery.
