7-Day Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Non-Customized Products
- Non-customized products are eligible for return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Customized & Embroidered Products
Since customized, printed, and embroidered products are made specially as per customer requirements:
- Customized and embroidered products are NOT eligible for return or refund, except in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
Reporting an Issue
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must share clear photos or videos of the product as proof.
- Complaints reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once your return/refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Order Cancellation
- Orders for customized or embroidered products cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Non-customized orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
