This document contains official Legal Policies and Admin/Seller Documentation for AshuReview.com, an e-commerce website selling customized, printed, and embroidered products using WooCommerce and Razorpay.
PART A: LEGAL DOCUMENTATION
1. Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using AshuReview.com, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. AshuReview reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
AshuReview provides customized products including printed and embroidered T-shirts and other personalized items. Products are manufactured strictly as per customer instructions.
Once an order for a customized product is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. AshuReview does not store payment details.
All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian jurisdiction.
2. Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)
AshuReview offers a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
• Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
• Customized or embroidered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Exceptions apply only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
3. Privacy Policy
AshuReview collects customer information such as name, contact details, address, and order data only for order processing and delivery.
Payment details are handled securely by Razorpay. AshuReview does not store card, UPI, or bank information.
Customer data is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared only with logistics partners, payment gateways, or legal authorities when required.
Uploaded designs are used strictly for order fulfillment. Customers are responsible for copyright compliance.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Dispatch timelines depend on product type and customization requirements.
Delivery times may vary by location and courier service. AshuReview is not responsible for courier delays beyond its control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Payment Policy
AshuReview accepts payments through Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Failed or pending payments will not be processed.
AshuReview is not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays.
PART B: ADMIN / SELLER DOCUMENTATION
1. Order Flow
- Customer selects product
- Uploads design or enters customization details
- Chooses print or embroidery
- Completes payment via Razorpay
- Order appears in WooCommerce dashboard
- Production starts after confirmation
2. Customization Rules
• All customized orders are final
• No changes allowed after order confirmation
• Designs must be print-ready or embroidery-friendly
• Admin may reject unclear or inappropriate designs
3. File Upload Guidelines
• Preferred formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF
• High resolution recommended (300 DPI)
• Transparent background preferred for embroidery
• Text spelling and alignment are customer responsibility
4. Embroidery Guidelines
• Simple designs give best results
• Small text may not be suitable for embroidery
• Thread color may slightly vary from screen display
• Placement depends on product type
5. Size & Product Responsibility
Customers must check size charts before ordering. AshuReview is not responsible for size issues once a customized product is delivered correctly.
6. Order Rejection & Cancellation (Admin)
Admin reserves the right to cancel orders if:
• Uploaded content violates laws or copyrights
• Design quality is too low for production
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
In such cases, refunds may be issued at admin discretion.
7. Customer Support Handling
• All complaints must be logged within 48 hours
• Proof is mandatory for damage or defect claims
• Resolution timeline: 3–7 business days
